Linear System is an artist based in Costa Rica who has close ties to the highly regarded Scottish imprint, Edit Select Records. A label that has released four out of five of his studio albums, as well as several EPs in just a few years. Outside of his regular appearances on the highly respected Glasgow stable, he also lists quality additions to his back catalogue such as Ben Sims’ Symbolism, Marco Bailey’s MATERIA, Abstract Division’s Dynamic Reflection, Ricardo Garduno’s Illegal Alien, Marco Lenzi’s Molecular, BCCO, and Detroit-based Blank Code, as well as his own Modern Minimal that started life in 2022. Having played everywhere from Portugal to China, he is an experienced DJ with a clear understanding of how to capture the listener with engaging grooves and trippy atmospherics.
