DT:Premiere | Insolate & Matrixxman - Monolith [Out Of Place]

 
Out Of Place is now onto its sixth release since launching in 2015 and marks the debut album Order Is Chaos for the label head’s latest alias.

Insolate has graced top draw labels such as DJ Deep’s Deeply Rooted, JoeFarr’s User Experience, Developer’s Modularz and Ben Sims’ Machine over the last few years. Not only a producer, she continues to gig regularly around the world and also runs the TRAUM parties in her hometown.

Making a surprise cameo on the package by way of collaboration, Matrixxman is from San Francisco and flying high with his highly consistent and in demand productions that can be found on Dekmantel, Len Faki’s Figure, Planet Rhythm and Ghostly International.

Their track selected for this DT:Premiere is titled “Monolith” that is punchy and rolling from the off. Whistling pipe tones add an eerie and haunting atmosphere to the equation and crashing hats pierce the layers at times. Almost tool like overall, this a bridge style track with a flawless sound that has an aura of a DJ’s secret weapon.
