Kevin Villa

Kevin Villa is a DJ / Producer born in the city of Pereira, Colombia. He ventured into electronic music in mid 2010, being influenced by the most outstanding movements of his cultural environment, which was guided by the sounds of tech house and something more commercial. Later, from 2012, inspired by artists like Ben Klock, Chris Libieng, Speedy J, Xpansul, DVS1, Pfirter, Oscar Mulero, among others, he immersed himself in an internal search process in order to find a sound made that we really can feel. Discovering something that frees and releases every second, that essence that gives the audience a real image of Kevin Villa: Techno music.

He currently works for the Spanish label by Xpansul called True Type Tracks, where his productions have been well received internationally with the support of artists such as Drumcell, Richie Hawtin, Slam, HD Substance, Ricardo Garduno, Alexi Delano, Pepe Arcade, Andre Ramos, Joseph Capriati, Markantonio, and Slam.

He has had reviews of his releases on electronic music portals known around the world, such as ClubbingSpain and DJ Mag in Spain and Colombia, and Ravers Mag. Kevin Villa is also part of the well-known group from the city of Pereira Technosis. He has shared the stage with artists such as Xpansul, Markantonio, Pfirter, Developer, Speedy J, XHEI, and in various parts of our Colombian territory.

Kevin Villa already had his first performance abroad in the month of August, at a very well known festival in Central America (Utila, Honduras) at the Sunjam Festival, where he shared the bill with artists such as Tommy Four Seven, Ricardo Garduno, Dustin Zahn, Xpansul along with all the talent of Central America.
