Concrete Records continues its exploration of hypnotic and cerebral techno with Disegno Remix Vol. 3, a release that feels less like a conventional remix package and more like a slow descent into hidden architecture. Built around Maurizio Cascella’s “Disegno 2” it unfolds with an eerie patience, where repetition becomes language and subtle movement carries an almost ritualistic weight, which has caught the ear of supporters such as Josh Wink, Truncate, Charlotte de Witte, DVS1, and Chris Liebing.
A co-founder of the Rome-based imprint, Maurizio Cascella has long operated within the deeper corners of the underground, including collaborations with Dino Sabatini on Outis Music and Fabrizio Lapiana on Attic Music. Here, his original track sits at the centre of the record like an unresolved signal, minimal, restrained, and hypnotic, driven by controlled motion rather than obvious climax.

Luigi Tozzi opens the release with his ‘Spiral Mix,’ stretching the original into a fluid and immersive journey. Known for releases on Non Series, Dynamic Reflection, Hypnus, and ARTS, Tozzi shapes the track into something cavernous and alive, where textures drift like shadows through fog.
Francesco Pierguidi‘s interpretation takes an even more elusive route. Returning to music-making after appearances on Cannibald and Festina Lente, he strips the framework down to suspended atmospheres and fragile fragments, creating a feeling of isolation and suspended time.

Psyk closes the vinyl edition with a version that tightens the pulse and deepens the pressure. The Madrid producer and Non Series founder injects a denser physicality while preserving the original’s abstraction, balancing tension and hypnosis with remarkable precision.
The digital-exclusive ‘Rephase’ version by Luigi Tozzi acts as a final mirror image. Deconstructed, reshaped, and strangely unresolved. Across all versions, Disegno Remix Vol. 3 thrives in ambiguity, revealing its depth gradually with each return.
