Hemka is undoubtedly one of the most promising artists of the prolific Parisian scene including being involved with several crews such as Fée Croquer and then Exil.

Her skills behind the decks got her sharing the stage with figures of the international techno circuit like Surgeon, D. Carbone, Jeroen Search, and Sleeparchive, to name only a few.

Hemka always impresses with the quality of her selections with a huge focus on the 90’s sounds while keeping an eye on modern textures. Her techno is fast-paced, industrial and a bit psychedelic, where the emotional element is ever-present too. This applies also to her own material where the sound of synthesisers are a key component along with being tough and spacial.

After several releases and remixes on Off White, Concepto Hipnotico and Amazone amongst others, her talent got noticed by Rebekah who offered her a space on the Decoy imprint. That was followed by solid sci-fi oriented EP’s on Labrynth and Green Fetish, along with the huge release “The Mystery of the Black Flamingo EP” on TWR72’s Float Records based in Amsterdam. Readying herself in 2018 she has a remix for DEAD CERT. Records in the UK and an EP on Darko Esser aka Tripeo’s Balans imprint.

Gigswise she stays busy playing around France and the rest of Europe, having now the legendary Tresor in Berlin under her belt, as well as Rex Club in Paris.
