Mode_1

Mode_1 is a Dublin based DJ holding residencies at Subject Dublin, Index and featuring regularly at festivals such as Life Festival, Electric Picnic and Boxed Off.

Having been a resident at Subject for the past 6 years, it has allowed him to rub shoulders with some of the best in the business, playing alongside the likes of Ben Klock, Robert Hood, Dave Clarke to name but a few.

At the start of 2018 he had one of his tracks “Oíche” feature on Berghain resident Fiedel’s double mix pack EP named Appendix, which also had tracks featured from Jay Clarke, Ron Albrecht, Noncompliant and Philippe Petit.

In January 2019 he contributed his track “Twenty7” alongside producers Tinfoil, Hybrasil and Moduse to commemorate the closure of the infamous District 8.

March of that year saw his first debut EP Final Approach on French label Knotweed. Later in the year he featured his track “Return” on Fiedel’s new label Super Sound Tools.

2020 has seen Mode_1 back on Knotweed with his EP Mainframe and on Fiedel’s label Fiedeltwo with 4×4 Series Pt1 EP. In May he was featured on Truncate’s “Missing” remix compilation, with support from Rødhåd, Slam, and DVS1.

July saw him on A.Paul’s legendary label Naked Lunch Records with his Pusher EP.
