Blank Code is an outstanding Detroit-based label that has a slow and steady approach with quality always at the forefront of their minds. The newest M4 Compilation features contributions from a strong line-up including Brian Sanhaji, Takaaki Itoh, Luis Flores, Linear System, Anthony Jimenez and Max Gardner.

Brian Sanhaji has been influencing modermn techno for sometime and the veteran producer / engineer from Germany is also the owner of SENSOR and EgoTon, while having appeared on other labels like Chris Liebing’s CLR to Heiko Laux’s Kanzleramt.

For this DT:Premiere we selected his track “Phasis” that is simply a bleeping masterclass. Abstract and bizarre, the crunching percussion and modular workout create a sci-fi atmosphere that give it a strange groove with captivating elements and sound design depth.
