DT:Premiere | Oscar Mulero - Viajero Interestelar [Evod LTD]

Evod & Oisel have curated another distinctive VA on their vinyl only sister label Evod LTD which has already featured music by Zadig, Jonas Kopp, Kwartz and Marcelus, amongst many others.

The new four-track vinyl VA is titled Apparato Meccanico which includes a host of modern maestros including Spain’s Oscar Mulero, Australia’s Albert Chiovenda, Sweden’s Staffan Linzatti and Giri who is Italy-based.

For this DT:Premiere we dived straight in with the Oscar Mulero track. The legendary PoleGroup and Warm Up owner has also contributed to infuential labels such as P.E.A.R.L.’s Falling Ethics, Kr!z’s Token and Edit Select Records.

“Viajero Interestelar” kicks straight off with sci-fi bleeps, funky tom rolls and metallic shimmers laced with sumptuous delay and cyclical tendencies. A true master at work, it’s a club track through and through with all the right experimental qualities for those who also seek mind-bending satisfaction.
