DT:Premiere | Lee Holman - Urban Warfare [Snork Enterprises]

Snork Enterprises is the Hamburg-based label ran by Syntax Error that has featured music and remixes by Phil Kieran, DJ Shufflemaster, Headless Horseman, Alexander Kowalski, Patrick Lindsey and Stanny Franssen to name only a few.

The newest vinyl and digital EP comes from Lee Holman who from Ireland, has enjoyed well over a decade of releases on labels like Nastia’s NECHTO, Prosthetic Pressings, Philippe Petit’s Knotweed and Haiku’s Raw Waxes, while also heading up his own |DE|MAR|CATION| imprint.

For this DT:Premiere we selected the title track called “Urban Warfare” that’s a brooding, suspenseful jewel. The strutting percussion is elevated by a swarming tension with grinding, cyclical, analogue waves making this an ultimate, pressure-filled experience as well as a certain dance floor hypnosis.
