Lindsey Herbert is originally from Los Angeles, and now shows regular activity between California and Europe, having expanded her reputation into international countries. The DJ, producer, vocalist, and co-founder of EvilGroove Records has spent more than a decade carving out a distinctive path through techno’s underground. Her journey began as a teenage raver drawn to the transformative power of electronic music. Since her first performances in 2014, she has become a respected presence across the US and beyond, holding residencies with Direct to Earth in San Francisco and Geheimclub in Magdeburg, while appearing at institutions including Berlin’s Tresor, UNFOLD at FOLD, Movement Detroit, and numerous influential underground events throughout North America and Europe. In the studio, Herbert’s productions mirror the depth and precision of her DJ sets. Since her debut release in 2019, she has built an extensive catalogue spanning labels such as Truncate Records, Kr!z’s Token, DJ Hyperactive’s 4trk, Detroit’s Blank Code, and Cleric’s Clergy.
