DT:Premiere | Steve Stoll & M.R.E.U.X. - Obscene [Blumoog Music]

Italian label Blumoog Music will see its second vinyl and digital release due to drop very soon. Consisting of a stylish collaboration, it features label boss M.R.E.U.X. known for works on Mantra Vibes and owning the Badroom Studio.

American maestro Steve Stoll makes up the pair, who is known for many aliases in his long career having graced classic labels such as Music Man, NovaMute, Damon Wild’s Synewave to more recently Nina Kraviz’s Trip imprint.

The Capture EP is a mind bending array of styles, from a modular sound clash to racing, deep Electro that is sure to have a broad appeal.

For this DT:Premiere we chose the track called “Obscene” for harnessing a raw and fun feel from an understated, driving rhythm. Partnered with ping-pong highlights and killer delayed claps, it’s a super smooth ride that is ultimately intriguing and certainly one for the dancefloor.
