DT:Premiere | Harvey McKay - Confusion [Second State]

Second State is the record label from Berlin’s stalwart duo Pan-Pot that continuously drop dance floor weaponry from artists like Amelie Lens, Gary Beck, Shlomi Aber, Grindvik and Flug.

The newest EP titled Confusion comes from longstanding Glaswegian techno force Harvey McKay who lists contributions on some of the biggest labels in the world such as Slam’s Soma who are fellow Scots, Sven Väth’s mighty Cocoon, Marco Faraone’s UNCAGE, Adam Beyer’s Drumcode and Coyu’s Suara amongst many others.

For this DT:Premiere we selected his track “Confusion” with a thundering and jackin’ rhythm. The stabbing keys and rolling tones add a relentless flair and driving energy, while crushed hi-hats create intense breakdowns. This is nothing short of ferocious and made to get the club wound up into a frenzy.
