Jay Zoney

Jay Zoney has been a music fanatic all of his life. His career began in 1994 as a techno DJ in the underground club and party scene in Vancouver, Canada. Over the past 20+ years, he has performed at hundreds of events in Canada and internationally in the cities Berlin, Detroit, New York, Los Angeles, and Seattle.

In 2001 Jay focused his attention on producing his own sounds. With influences such as Sven Vath, Hardfloor, Luke Slater/Planetary Assault Systems and Spicelab (Oliver Lieb), Jay has developed his own unique brand of slamming, dark techno. He has always pushed The Message of Love, and enjoys, as much as anything, seeing a room full of different people grooving and celebrating life, together as one.

Jay has been very active in his local techno community for over 20 years. Since 2011, along with Subspec Label Boss, JGarrett, Jay has hosted many events and helped nurture the Vancouver Techno scene by bringing several established and respected artists. In 2014 Jay launched his own imprint - Eternal Drive Recordings. EDR is full throttle, big room techno, and has consistently received overwhelming support from many industry leading artists. Jay has also collaborated with many artists for his releases including:

Jay shows no signs of slowing down, and continues to push the boundaries and evolve as both a producer and DJ. His sets are always a deep journey to the core of his soul, and his passion for peace, love and music is undeniable.
