DT:Premiere | Schmutz - Slow Release (Andre Kronert Deepspace Remix) [HIKE]

HIKE Recordings is a Berlin based label that has a focus on a refreshing modern sound with elements of melody and deep tones. Having featured music and remixes by artists such as Skudge, Kevin Saunderson, and DJ T-1000 for example, the latest release is from Schmutz in Belfast.

Along with a remix from label head AERZ, we also see the ODD / EVEN boss Andre Kronert submit a remake following appearances on EXILE, Stockholm LTD and Figure amongst others.

For this DT:Premiere we selected Andre’s rework of “Slow Release” that comes wrapped up in his stripped back and funked up style. Groove fuelled and packing a huge punch, the abstract synth licks and effects transport this space jam to new dimensions.
