“All You Can Beat” also known as the abbreviated AYCB, is a label project from the well known Berlin and Boys Noize producer Housemeister. It caters for a wide variety of Techno from functional floor jams to tripped raw acid jams, featuring music from artists like Ray Kajioka, d_func. aka Alexander Kowalski and Jonas Kopp.
The newest release comes from New Yorker Klienfeld who has been blazing a trail with powerful and jackin’ tracks, making himself someone to keep a close eye on as he grows with every new release. Also making an appearance via a collaboration is Japanese newcomer Raiki on the second track called “Fingertip.”
Small Energy Expenditure is more of the same, offering huge beats with an industrial backbone that adds plenty of grit from a great sound palette selection. A focus on quirky details and distinct track arrangements seem to blend creative freedom with serious productions all into one, and it’s definitely working for him.
